Frequently asked questions
Blocking doesn't work on iOS
Open Settings → Permissions in LogLock and make sure Screen Time access is granted. If you revoked it in iOS Settings → Screen Time, grant it again. Blocking needs iOS 16 or later. Some managed (MDM) devices do not support Screen Time apps.
Blocking doesn't work on Android
LogLock needs three permissions: Accessibility Service, "Display over other apps", and notifications for the background service. Some manufacturers (Xiaomi, Huawei, Samsung with aggressive battery optimization) stop background services; add LogLock to the battery-optimization exceptions. The Diagnostics screen shows which permission is missing.
My apps are still locked after I practiced
A session unlocks your apps only if it reaches your practice goal (shown on the block screen). Check the Lock tab for the current status and how long the unlock window lasts.
Restore my LogLock Pro purchase
Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases, or use the Restore link on the paywall. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase.
Cancel my subscription
iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app or your LogLock account does not cancel a subscription.
Delete my account and data
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your data from our servers immediately. Or email us and we will delete it within 30 days.
Which data leaves my device?
Without an account: only crash reports. With an account: additionally your journal, settings and event log. Never your app selection, never audio recordings, never what you do in other apps. Details in the privacy policy.
